Finally, after two weeks in the making, the template is live!
As I continue to play around with it, I am seeing things that aren’t working the way the should – missing images and whatnot.
I will keep browsing and changing things as necessary – but for the most part, it’s working!

Tonight, I am excited to say that the new BK-Works.net template should be completed within the next 5 days. I have been using the same template – and code – essentially since I opened bkworksproducts.info (so, lets say 9-ish years).Continue reading
I was browsing the Internet earlier today, and I found myself looking at an Internet window claiming I had a virus (see the picture below). It wanted me to call an 800-number to have it removed.
If you have attempted to browse to the website over the day today, you may have realized that it’s been up and down (seeing messages like the one below)…
So today, I was browsing through my Dreamhost domain page. I realized something: I had too many domains actually hosted within. So I decided to purchase another domain name – to actually “host” all of my domains.Continue reading

Tonight, I was trying to connect to a buddy’s computer using Hamachi.
Hamachi showed the connection should work…
However, when we would try to ping, we’d get errors like “General Failure” or “Timeout.”

I closed PeerBlock, and voila, everything is working correctly…
So if you are having issues with Hamachi, just make sure you are not running PeerBlock. If you are not, and are still having issues, they have a great online resource, available here.
So today, I decided I was going to try something out for a change. I remembered learning years ago that there’s this website called the WayBack machine. So I got to thinking… maybe, just maybe, it would have my old blog posts.Continue reading
After nearly a year of being offline, we were finally able to re-enable our hosting and get back on! However, most everything was lost. Reminder to self: MAKE BACKUPS. But, here we are.
Starting in the next few days (perhaps hours, depending), you’ll notice that the website is being switched from its old (and by old, I mean almost 7 years) domain of BKWorksProducts.info – to our new domain, bk-works.net! Once I start getting the server prepared, I’ll switch the domains over. This process shouldn’t take all too long. The only thing I am worried about is the SSL Certificate – I will have to allow the current to expire, then move the IP address and new cert over.
