Finally I have figured out a way to shorten up the links to the product demos! Instead of using the old demos.bkworksproducts.info subdomain, now it’s bkw[prod_name].tk – easier to remember!
But wait… dot tk? Didn’t you use them back in like 2005? Yep.
But why use them now? They’re easy, and, best of all, free! So what are you waiting for?

As of 2/25/2013 – all of the BKWorks websites have been moved over to their own VPS! Due to the limitations of others’ shared hosting, I was forced to move all of the websites to a new host.
However, “forced” might not be the right word. I was thinking about it anyways. I scoured the Internet and found a great deal with Dreamhost. I am happy to announce that all of our websites – including back end databases – have made it over successfull
[ORIGNAL POST: July 10, 2012]
To all my users who live or run pages in Russia: Beginning July 14, 2012, you will no longer be able to install the script from your country. This is to protect my rights, as the script is copy written in the US, however, this seems to be ignored in almost all of my Russian installations.
If you would like to install the script in Russia, please contact me prior to your attempt and I will work something out with you. Until then, you will not be allowed to finish the installer.
After years and years of development, I am happy to announce that the BKW File Cabinet V2.0 has finally been released! I am still working on the demos and help screens, but for right now, the first beta has been released!
Last winter, I lost my grandma to lung cancer. In her memory, my brother and I prepared a ‘torch’ for her. It wasn’t much, but it helped us.
Moral of the story: if you can, stop by any Relay and help find a cure for this awful disease!
The official release date of the BKW File Cabinet is now set to
June 1 June 15. We are super excited to release the next beta copy. As of now the software is working, we are just finishing up a few last minute things.
Stay tuned for the release!
I’ve been working on the File Cabinet now for a few hours this evening, and I must say it’s coming along nicely! User pages are working as expected. The admin area now, there’s almost too much going on there. But, enough of me going on about it, let me throw up a couple screenshots.
Finally looked back at all my old posts. I know the file uploader script (Recently renamed “BKW File Cabinet”) hasn’t been updated since late 2009. ProPHP hasn’t been updated in… a long, long while. Needless to say, I’m going through a bit of a rough time. Spending long days at work, and the time I have off I enjoy doing… well, nothing.
Starting on December 3rd, many webmasters have seen an email coming from my domain – in the form of an official cease and desist notice. Any person found using the software and NOT following the End User License Agreement (which is available on the download page) will be sent a Cease and Desist Notice.
Anybody who does not comply within 72 hours (3 days from the time posted on the email) will have a DMCA report filed with their web host. The copyright act requires that any person who is believed to be using a piece of web software illegally shall have the contents removed from their website without warning.
Key terms here: use the software in line with the EULA, and you’re fine! Don’t, and we’ll find you.
